Faces of Our Children: A Sickle Cell Foundation

Faces of Our Children provides scholarships to defray colleges expenses for children with sickle cell disease and financial assistance to families, including paying utility bills, rent and funeral expenses. We have partnered with Howard University Center for Sickle Cell Disease and the D.C. Department of Health to promote educational programs and sponsor blood drives and testing for the sickle cell trait.
